YES BANK is hiring a dynamic, target-driven Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager for its Medium Enterprises team in Karnal, Haryana. The role focuses on building and managing a client book in the ₹100 Cr to ₹500 Cr turnover band, protecting portfolio quality, and driving cross-sell across banking and allied financial products.

What the role involves
- Acquire new-to-bank medium enterprise clients and build relationships through market mapping, referrals, and professional networking.
- Manage and expand existing client relationships to support retention and engagement.
- Analyze financials and draft detailed credit notes for both new and current customers, ensuring proposals fit within credit norms and risk parameters.
- Work closely with internal credit teams on discussions, approvals, and sanctioning while keeping clients aligned on their financing requirements.
- Maintain portfolio health through timely renewals, limit monitoring, documentation control, and early warning signal tracking to reduce delinquency risk.
- Spot and convert cross-sell opportunities in trade finance, treasury, cash management, insurance, and working capital solutions.
Candidate profile
The preferred candidate has a background in finance, commerce, or a related discipline, along with a solid grasp of credit assessment, financial statements, business development, and risk management. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are essential.
