Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join us on a contract basis, working remotely to propel revenue growth and broaden our client network. Core responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential clients, conducting virtual sales presentations, and managing the complete sales process from lead acquisition through closure. The role demands crafting and implementing sales strategies, maintaining detailed records in CRM systems, and cooperating with internal teams to customize client solutions. Additionally, you will track market trends, generate sales analytics, and cultivate enduring relationships with key decision-makers to support ongoing business expansion.

Qualifications

  • Proven background in sales management, business development, or account management, ideally within intelligence, consulting, or professional services industries.
  • Expertise in lead generation, managing sales pipelines, and successfully concluding deals remotely within complex sales environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools; data-driven approach to strategizing sales efforts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to effectively convey complex service offerings to varied audiences.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to operate efficiently in a remote setting and achieve performance objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working alongside investigative or analytical teams and a keen interest in intelligence, research, or data-centric insights are advantageous.
