Role Summary
The Sales Manager - Grocery will oversee key customer sales relationships within a specific territory, representing brands including OLLY, Welly, ONNIT, and SmartyPants. This role involves solution-oriented selling and managing extensive broker partnerships. The position is remote, requiring travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and internal sales meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales initiatives across the designated territory, managing customer and broker partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with category merchants and procurement buyers.
- Forecast business performance and meet annual net revenue objectives.
- Communicate the unique premium positioning of our brands to drive growth within Unilever's WBC.
- Participate in annual joint business planning with strategic partners.
- Serve as a category expert in VMS and OTC sectors, overseeing category stewardship.
- Strategize and implement profitable annual business plans for all customers in the territory.
- Execute business plans effectively at retail locations.
- Plan and oversee on-strategy, profitable annual promotional activities.

Position Details

Compensation and Benefits
