Role Overview

As a Retail Sales Assistant based at Harbour Town in Adelaide Airport, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your daily duties will encompass point of sale operations, till reconciliation, stock processing, inventory management, and maintaining the store’s presentation according to Ghanda’s visual merchandizing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service that embodies the Ghanda brand experience
• Handling checkout transactions and reconciling cash registers accurately
• Ensuring the store is visually appealing and aligns with brand guidelines
• Receiving deliveries and managing inventory effectively

Candidate Profile

• Exhibit a positive and proactive attitude with eagerness to learn
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong alignment with the company’s values and brand ethos
• Availability during all school holidays and flexibility in scheduling
• Possess reliable transportation to commute to the workplace
• Previous retail or hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential, as attitude is prioritized over experience
