Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a small team to deliver exceptional customer service, building relationships with loyal patrons.
• Manage the presentation of bakery products and assist with marketing campaign execution.
• Help maintain bakery cleanliness and participate in production activities, including learning baking tasks.

• Retail experience and proficiency handling cash and card transactions are advantageous but not required.

Physical Demands

• Continuous standing and walking during shifts.
• Regular use of both hands for tasks.
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 7.5 kg, reaching below shoulder level, bending, and turning.
• Occasional handling of items up to 22 kg, including pushing, pulling, crouching, bending, and reaching above shoulder level.
