Role Overview

This full-time position is based in Dammam and offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some remote work when suitable. The Shoes Seller is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their footwear requirements, and recommending appropriate products. Daily duties include managing sales within the store, organizing and maintaining product displays, monitoring inventory, and ensuring the sales area remains tidy and well-presented.

The role also includes accurately processing transactions, assisting with inquiries via phone or online, and following up with customers to encourage repeat purchases. Additional responsibilities involve supporting merchandising efforts, participating in promotional activities, and providing feedback on customer preferences to enhance the product range.

Qualifications and Skills

• Customer service and sales expertise, including active listening, product recommendation, and professional handling of objections.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations such as cash handling, conducting inventory checks, and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a polite and clear manner of interaction.
• Ability to manage time efficiently while working in a hybrid model combining in-store duties and remote tasks.
• Strong attention to detail regarding product presentation, assisting with sizing, and precise documentation of sales and stock movements.
• Dependability, honesty, and a proactive attitude towards teamwork and learning new procedures.
• Previous retail experience, especially in footwear or fashion sales, is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication platforms are beneficial.
