Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a small team to begin baking early each morning, closely following set recipes.
• Handle tasks such as interpreting production schedules, measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, and baking products.
• Maintain bakery cleanliness and contribute positively to customer experience.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking continuously during shift tasks.
• Frequent lifting and carrying of items weighing up to 22 kilograms.
• Regular turning, reaching, occasional pushing, pulling, and bending forward.
• Ability to lift objects of at least 2.5 kilograms to a height of 1.7 meters.
• Use both hands constantly, involving wrist rotation, flexing, and occasional strong gripping.
