Primary Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings within SME, Mid-Market, Enterprise Cuisine sectors, and Central Processing Units across the Eastern Province including Al Khobar, Dammam, and Bahrain.
- Manage the entire sales process end-to-end, from outreach to finalizing deals, owning your sales outcomes.
- Initiate and cultivate interest in Kitchen Park’s offerings among prospective partners.
- Schedule meetings to effectively progress sales discussions and opportunities.
- Understand client business priorities to demonstrate how Kitchen Park can accelerate their growth.
- Assess the value potential of leads sourced to maximize business impact.
- Undergo comprehensive product and sales training, including extensive shadowing during the first eight weeks to ensure strong onboarding.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of three years of full-cycle sales experience in quota-driven roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields such as marketing, sales, finance, or economics.
- Exceptional consultative selling abilities with intellectual curiosity and strong closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, proficient both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Highly goal-oriented with a keen focus on daily, weekly, and monthly targets to drive success.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, passion, competitiveness, and self-motivation.
- Detail-focused, results-driven, and resilient with the capacity to adapt, learn, and apply a growth mindset.
