Role Overview
As a Sales Account Executive, you will manage opportunities across the UAE and drive conversations with enterprise, SME, and mid-market customers in the cuisine space. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will prospect, engage, qualify, and close business deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients by phone, email, and in-person meetings across enterprise, SME, and mid-market accounts in the UAE.
- Manage the complete sales process from outbound prospecting through to deal closure.
- Spark interest in KitchenPark’s offering and start meaningful conversations with potential business partners.
- Set up meetings with qualified prospects and help move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Develop a clear understanding of client priorities and explain how KitchenPark can support their growth.
- Assess leads to identify where the company can add value to the business.
- Complete the initial product and sales training, including shadowing during the first 8 weeks.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle sales, ideally in a direct quota-carrying position.
- A bachelor’s degree in a business-focused field such as marketing, sales, finance, or economics.
- Strong consultative selling ability with excellent closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- A goal-driven approach with consistency in daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity.
- A strong sense of discipline, ownership, and commitment to sales success.
- High ambition, persistence, self-motivation, and a competitive mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
- The ability to stay resilient, adapt quickly, and learn with a growth mindset.
Preferred Experience
- Background in a fast-moving SaaS or technology business.
- Experience selling commercial real estate solutions.

Work Arrangement
This position is based in the Dubai office. The role is office-based, and the team works onsite five days per week to support close collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
