Role overview
In this position, you will help create an excellent guest stay by keeping bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared corridor areas clean, well maintained, and presented to a very high standard. The role is practical and hands-on, with a strong focus on spotless housekeeping, attention to detail, and efficient work that consistently meets and exceeds guest expectations.

Key duties
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors to a very high level of cleanliness and presentation.
- Replenish guest toiletries, linen, and other supplies, and respond quickly and positively to guest requests.
- Keep your housekeeping trolley tidy, organised, properly stocked, and ready throughout the shift.
- Report maintenance problems, damage, or missing items to the leadership team as soon as they are identified.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH requirements while using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
