This role offers a total compensation opportunity up to £60,000 for top performers, with a base salary of £38,270. The position involves working an average of 40 hours per week, with multiple shift options that allow you to tailor your schedule to fit personal and professional commitments. Job Responsibilities

• Begin and end shifts from your driveway, with pay starting when you enter your van until you return home.
• Work independently at various locations and in different weather conditions while being a part of a supportive team.
• Utilize your technical expertise and clear communication skills to deliver excellent customer service experiences.
• Quickly diagnose and resolve vehicle problems on-site using your mechanical skills and calm demeanor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair accompanied by relevant experience.
• Possess a full category B driving license with no more than six penalty points.
• Ability and willingness to adopt and work with new technology, driven by curiosity.
• Flexible availability to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as breakdowns can happen anytime.
