Pay and working pattern
The role offers guaranteed first-year earnings of £40,387, including a location allowance, with on-target earnings of up to £60,000 for top performers. You’ll work an average 40-hour week, with multiple shift pattern options available so you can choose a schedule that better matches your personal and work needs. Rest days and shift length will depend on the pattern selected.
You will start and end your day from home, and you are paid from the time you get into the van until the time you return home.
What the role involves
You’ll work independently while still being part of a supportive team, using your technical know-how and strong communication skills to deliver a positive experience for customers. The job calls for quick thinking, practical problem-solving and a calm approach when handling different roadside situations.
Requirements
To be considered, you should have NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or an equivalent qualification backed by suitable experience. Flexibility is important, as the job includes evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
Benefits

- Each year, you can select your standby hour preferences to fit your lifestyle and improve work-life balance.

- Worksave pension scheme with employer contributions of up to 7%.
- Free AA breakdown membership from day one, along with a 50% discount for family and friends.
