Key Responsibilities
- Begin and end your shifts from your own driveway, with paid time covering your entire working duration in your van.
- Operate independently across diverse environments while staying connected and supported by your team.
- Leverage your technical expertise and effective communication to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
- Diagnose and resolve issues on the spot, maintaining composure to manage a variety of roadside challenges.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent certification accompanied by relevant practical experience.
- Possess a full Class B driving license with no more than six penalty points.
- Comfortable using and quickly adapting to new technological tools and systems provided by the company.
- Flexible availability to work varying shift patterns that include evenings, weekends, and public holidays, acknowledging that vehicle breakdowns can occur at any time.
Working Hours and Earnings
Work an average 40-hour week with multiple shift pattern choices, allowing you to select a schedule that fits your lifestyle and commitments. Rest days and shift lengths depend on the shift arrangement you opt for.
Guaranteed first-year earnings total £43,976 including allowances, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) reaching up to £60,000 for high achievers. A £2,000 sign-on bonus applies in eligible locations. Income factors in standby payments, performance bonuses, and overtime.
