Work Conditions and Schedule
This position offers guaranteed earnings of 38,270 in the first year, with top performers earning up to 60,000 annually. You will typically work around 40 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns tailored to your personal and professional preferences. Shift schedules vary, influencing the number of rest days and the length of each shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Begin and end your shifts from your home driveway; you are paid from the moment you enter your van until you return home.
- Operate independently over various locations and weather conditions, while remaining connected to and supported by a team.
- Utilize your technical knowledge and effective communication to provide excellent customer service.
- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of roadside mechanical issues calmly and efficiently.
Qualifications and Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent relevant qualifications combined with suitable experience.
- Possession of a full category B driving license with no more than six penalty points.
- Aptitude for learning and adapting to new technologies; training and tools will be provided.
- Availability and flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
