Role Overview

This Auckland-based position is part of the Risk Consulting team and supports advisory work for large corporate and public-sector clients. It is suited to someone who enjoys tackling complex business issues, understanding how organisations operate, and using data to guide better decisions.

What You Will Do

• Support the team in unpacking complicated business challenges.
• Assist with risk analysis and modelling work.

• Contribute to building and rolling out risk and insurance solutions.

Key Project Responsibilities

• Work with experienced consultants to assess and measure organisational risk exposure.
• Help develop models that estimate potential losses and financial impacts.
• Generate insights that inform insurance strategy and risk financing choices.
• Support the delivery of workable and effective risk solutions for clients.

Background and Qualifications

Aon is typically seeking someone with early-career experience in an analytical or commercially oriented role, along with a degree in a relevant discipline such as finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, science, or a similar field.
