Role Overview

We seek a Revenue Growth & Strategy Partner to address critical commercial priorities at Reddit. This role serves as a strategic consultant to senior Sales leadership by applying analytical rigor and fundamental problem-solving to define strategy and translate it into efficient operating models that elevate seller effectiveness, boost advertiser results, and accelerate revenue expansion.

Key Initiatives

Your primary focus will include heading two major projects:

• Sales Compass: Developing a scalable seller incentives framework that aligns seller behavior with overall company priorities through personalized goals and measurable metrics.
• Sales Operating System: Creating workflows, playbooks, and guidelines that simplify complex sales processes and empower sellers to maximize impact and revenue growth consistently.

Beyond these, you will lead other high-impact, organization-wide commercial challenges in partnership with senior sales leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior sales leaders, offering data-informed insights and recommendations that influence key commercial decisions and drive long-term revenue growth.
• Develop and refine operating models and governance structures that turn strategic priorities into scalable execution frameworks to align sales behavior and performance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among Sales, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product, Finance, and other teams to implement commercial solutions advancing Reddit's objectives.
• Establish success metrics and performance evaluations; iterate operating procedures through data analysis, experimentation, and stakeholder input while managing change to enhance sales execution.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy.
• Advanced skills in data handling (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel), capable of isolating insights from large datasets and crafting narratives for executives.
• Competence with data infrastructure, including interpreting SQL queries or employing AI tools to generate queries.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing strategic cross-functional projects yielding tangible business outcomes.
• Experience in collaborating with senior leadership to resolve complex business challenges and guide strategic planning.
• Ability to convert executive strategies into organizational frameworks and operational processes that facilitate scalable execution.
• Strong program and stakeholder management abilities, with experience in comprehensive project leadership.
• Excellent communication skills suited for condensing complex concepts into clear executive-level recommendations.
• Well-developed commercial insight linking organizational design, sales behaviors, and operational approaches to customer success and revenue increases.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Additional Information

This position is fully remote but requires proximity (within 50 miles) to a Reddit hub city in North America or Europe such as New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, London, Amsterdam, or Berlin.
