Key Responsibilities

• Identify and negotiate strategic alliances to further both organizational and public sector goals.
• Guide the development of collaborative initiatives including grant proposals and joint projects leveraging community resources.

• Track partnership effectiveness, presenting progress reports to leadership and optimizing initiatives accordingly.
• Promote the organization’s mission and partnership value publicly in various forums.

• Ensure all partnership activities comply with regulations and ethical standards, maintaining transparency.
• Represent the organization at relevant public sector events to boost engagement and visibility.

Experience and Skills Required

• Over 15 years of experience in partnership development or public sector engagement with substantial leadership experience.
• Expertise in public sector policies, funding avenues, and regulations at multiple government levels.
• Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate partnership prospects, risks, and outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence senior officials.
• Leadership skills fostering diverse, innovative, and accountable teams.
• Strategic planning experience managing large initiatives within public or nonprofit sectors.
• Understanding of socio-economic influences on public sector partnerships.
• Adaptability to evolving public sector environments and emerging industry trends.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
