Role Overview

Based in New York City, the Business Lead role within Reddit's Revenue Strategy & Operations team is designed to partner closely with the Large Customer Sales group and Sr. Director. This position aims to enhance sales diligence, operational capabilities, and shape the sales strategy for the overall LCS business.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate across sales, finance, business operations, product adoption, and other teams to deliver strategic operational initiatives that elevate sales output, streamline efficiency, and boost revenue.
• Lead program management for pivotal projects steering the LCS business direction.
• Formulate and propose go-to-market strategies hand-in-hand with senior sales and cross-functional leadership.
• Maintain and analyze sales pipeline data, productivity indicators, and forecasting reports.
• Design and implement automation solutions and scalable processes ensuring smooth alignment of systems, tools, and technologies.
• Create analytical frameworks and tools to assist in resource planning and communication for both immediate and long-term needs.
• Manage the LCS team's annual and quarterly planning cycles.

Required Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative fields; an MBA or advanced qualification preferred.
• Bring at least seven years of successive experience in sales or business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or similar strategy and operations functions, demonstrating impactful outcomes.
• Have a solid understanding of digital advertising and media, with industry experience favored.
• Exhibit strong strategic insight and advanced analytical skills, employing structured and proactive problem-solving techniques to transform complex data into actionable strategies.
• Show proven leadership capabilities by effectively influencing multiple departments, including sales, finance, product, and marketing, facilitating large-scale project delivery.
• Maintain excellent stakeholder partnership skills, especially with executive leadership, to gain endorsement for strategic initiatives.
• Be highly proficient in sales platforms and CRM tools such as Salesforce, and business intelligence software including Tableau, Looker, and BigQuery; mandatory expertise with SQL for data analysis.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication skills to clearly present sophisticated ideas to varied audiences including senior executives.
• Possess exceptional organizational, project, and program management abilities, skillfully prioritizing and managing concurrent complex initiatives.
• Adapt well to ambiguity and change, showing resilience and a proactive stance towards resolving challenges.

Additional Information

This role may span multiple career levels. Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $180,200 to $252,300 USD annually, potential equity via restricted stock units, and possibly commissions depending on position.
