Key Initiatives and Responsibilities

Your initial responsibilities will involve leading pivotal projects such as Sales Compass and the Sales Operating System. These projects require you to turn early concepts into robust, scalable operating models that support company-wide sales priorities. You will design performance metrics, seller incentives, workflows, and playbooks to ensure sellers can maximize their impact on customer success and revenue. You will also have the opportunity to address emerging commercial opportunities and manage cross-functional collaborations.

Primary Duties

• Act as a strategic consultant to Sales Leadership, using data-driven insights to guide complex business decisions and identify high-impact commercial opportunities.
• Develop and refine scalable operating models and governance structures that translate strategic priorities into actionable and measurable outcomes across the sales organization.
• Coordinate and align multiple departments—including Sales, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product, and Finance—to implement commercial solutions that support Reddit’s strategic sales goals.
• Establish comprehensive success criteria and performance measurement systems. Use continuous feedback and analytics to enhance operating models and facilitate adoption of new sales methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of four years' experience in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy.
• Advanced skills in data analysis and manipulation (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel), capable of handling large datasets to derive executive insights.
• Familiarity with data infrastructures, including the ability to interpret SQL queries or employ AI tools to aid data querying.
• Strong experience leading and influencing cross-functional strategic initiatives that deliver measurable results.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership to solve complex problems and drive strategic outcomes.
• Expertise in converting strategic vision into organizational frameworks or processes that ensure execution at scale.
• Excellent program and stakeholder management skills, with strong communication abilities for conveying complex ideas clearly to senior executives.
• Robust commercial acumen understanding how organizational design, seller behaviors, and operational improvements drive business and revenue growth.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Compensation

The annual base salary ranges between $154,700 and $252,300 USD for this position, with eligibility for equity in the form of restricted stock units and possibly commission. The final compensation depends on skills, experience, and credentials.
