Role overview
This position sits within the HR Remuneration and Organisation Design function in Doha, Qatar, and focuses on administering global and local retirement and benefit arrangements with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timely support for members and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Keep retirement-benefit records current for all outstation locations.
- Make sure benefit administration follows local, regional, and international regulations.
- Track legislative updates that could affect pension arrangements.
- Prepare recurring status reports for internal stakeholders.
- Respond to HRBP questions related to pension contributions and entitlements.
- Update databases whenever retirement-benefit status changes.
- Support administrative initiatives connected to outstation pension-scheme improvements.
- Compile accurate cessation data after an employee leaves a scheme, including coordination with third parties and other Qatar Airways teams.
- Examine audit files and financial statements to identify inconsistencies.
- Work with the HR Separations team on ISP recovery and payment matters for departing members.
- Monitor the company ISP account and verify that adjustment values are credited correctly.

Qualifications and experience
