Position Summary

We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead and inspire the Ghanda team in Broome, WA. This role involves coaching up to 10 staff, ensuring exceptional store presentation, managing stock levels with the allocator, and overseeing store operations including rostering, sales analysis, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, train, and support a team of up to 10 employees to promote company values.
• Ensure the store reflects brand standards through effective visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with stock allocator and independently maintain optimal inventory.
• Manage the creation of store schedules, analyze sales data, and ensure team adherence to compliance standards.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership skills, demonstrating proactive and value-led team management.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong retail fundamentals.
• Relevant retail or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude is crucial.
