Role Overview
The Retail Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of client premises by actively monitoring and patrolling various sites. This role involves maintaining order, enforcing site-specific regulations related to personnel, visitors, and the property, and often providing customer service and guidance to employees and customers on-site.
