  • Contribute to marketing materials, thought leadership content, and public disclosures such as the Corporate Sustainability disclosure and UNPRI reporting; participate in relevant industry groups like PCAF.
  • Collaborate extensively with investment teams, Legal & Compliance, Sales, and Corporate Operations, with opportunities to lead strategic projects aligned with evolving team priorities.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Between 1 and 3 years’ experience in ESG or sustainable investing, banking, asset management, or consulting, preferably with private markets exposure.
  • Exceptional collaboration and persuasive skills; ability to build trust internally and externally, challenge existing processes, and appreciate diverse viewpoints.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, comfortable managing priorities, projects, and complex ESG data.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient at leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Highly organized, deadline-oriented, managing multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ESG frameworks and standards such as SASB/ISSB, PRI, and TCFD is desirable.
  • Experience with ESG data analytics platforms, emissions estimation tools, RFP/DDQ management systems, CRM tools like Salesforce, and ESG rating agency portals (e.g., MSCI) would be advantageous.
  • Strong academic background.
