Responsible AI Tech Lead

Overview

We are seeking a Responsible AI Tech Lead to oversee the ethical implementation and management of artificial intelligence technologies. The role demands end-to-end responsibility for designing and deploying Responsible AI solutions, ensuring all AI initiatives adhere to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines. This leadership position also involves fostering collaboration across teams and promoting a culture dedicated to ethical AI use.

Key Duties

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Responsible AI practices.
• Lead and coordinate team efforts, taking accountability for key decisions.
• Collaborate across multiple teams and provide strategic solutions impacting various groups.
• Facilitate educational sessions to boost team expertise in ethical AI methodologies.
• Continuously monitor AI systems to ensure adherence to ethical compliance and evaluate their impact.

Skills and Expertise Required

• Expertise in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture is mandatory.
• Comprehensive understanding of ethical AI frameworks and governance policies.
• Experience crafting and enforcing AI governance strategies.
• Proficient in analyzing complex data to guide responsible AI decision-making.
• Knowledge of AI-related regulatory standards.

Additional Details

• Minimum 12 years of experience specifically with Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture is required.
• The position is located onsite in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
• A full-time education spanning at least 15 years is a prerequisite.
