Candidate Profile
- Possesses a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields; an MBA is a plus.
- Brings over 15 years of leadership experience in technology-related sectors such as IT, electronics, or professional solutions.
- Demonstrated success in achieving consistent revenue growth and meeting challenging business targets.
- Expertise in business development, channel management, strategic account handling, and market expansion strategies.
- Experienced in leading high-performing teams spread across multiple countries.
- Comfortable navigating complex, multinational, and matrix organizational environments.
- Exhibits strong strategic thinking, planning, and analytical skills.
- Excellent at managing stakeholders and communicating at executive levels.
- Willing and able to travel regionally as necessary.
