Role Overview
This opportunity is for a Research Analyst focused on custom market research for a partner company based in the United States. The role is hands-on and centered on planning, running, and supporting quantitative research projects that help brands better understand consumer behavior and cultural patterns.
You will turn survey data into clear, useful insights that support business strategy and brand growth. The position blends strong analytical work with the ability to tell a compelling story from the data. You’ll partner with cross-functional teammates to keep projects moving on schedule, maintain quality, and deliver accurate outputs. It is a collaborative, fast-moving environment with exposure to many industries and audience segments, suited to someone who is naturally curious, data-driven, and motivated by research with real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the full lifecycle of custom market research studies, keeping schedules, quality expectations, and final outputs on track.
- Help create, review, and verify quantitative survey instruments, while also assisting with data cleaning, chart creation, and quality checks.
- Support research operations such as fieldwork coordination, recruitment status updates, vendor communication, and data handling.
- Assist in producing client-facing materials by building presentation slides, turning data into visuals, and shaping findings into concise narratives.
- Record notes from internal and client discussions, making sure important decisions, feedback, and follow-ups are shared with the team.
- Look for opportunities to improve research processes so work becomes faster, smoother, and more accurate.
- Work closely with colleagues to coordinate several studies at once and keep communication flowing across teams.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in quantitative market research, data analysis, or consumer insights.
- Prior exposure to qualitative research is helpful, especially in mixed-method projects.
- Client-facing experience is an advantage, along with the ability to present findings in a polished and professional way.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, visualization, and presentation building.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convert data into practical insights.
- Strong organizational ability and comfort managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Genuine curiosity about consumer behavior and cultural trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting.
- Spanish language ability is a nice-to-have, but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay starts at about $60,000 per year, plus a performance bonus.
- Health coverage includes medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents.
- Time off includes company holidays, floating holidays, and a dedicated volunteer day.
- Fully paid parental leave is provided for 8 weeks for all parents.
- A 401(k) plan with employer matching is available.
- Remote flexibility is offered for candidates in eligible U.S. states.
- You’ll get the chance to contribute to research that supports major global brands.
- The work environment is collaborative, insight-led, and offers strong learning exposure.
