Role Summary
We seek a result-oriented Relationship Officer or Senior Relationship Officer to spearhead customer acquisition and facilitate business loan disbursements across designated regions. This role blends sales, client relationship management, and field operations with key responsibilities including driving loan sales, managing disbursement goals, and maintaining low delinquency via regular field visits and meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire prospective clients to boost business loan sales by conducting consistent field visits.
- Ensure targets for loan disbursement are achieved with minimal delinquency.
- Evaluate client potential and product acceptance in new regions to support geographical expansion efforts.
- Oversee disbursement, repayment, and delinquency metrics, meeting daily and weekly objectives.
- Conduct frequent field visits and center meetings to review loan applications and strengthen client engagement.
- Build robust relationships with customers and internal teams to enhance brand presence.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience ranging from 1 to 5 years in field sales, ideally with exposure to lending products, open market sourcing, or small-ticket business loans.
- Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a personal two-wheeler are mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of business loan models is preferred.
- Education qualification flexible across 10th, 12th, or any graduate degree.
