About the Company

The client is a leading enterprise in India's dynamic Internet Service Provider sector, focused on offering high-speed broadband connectivity. They have built a strong market foothold and are actively growing their customer network.

Role Overview

The position is for Retail Field Sales Executives who will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services within designated branch locations. This role entails direct interaction with customers to drive sales and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by engaging targeted customers in assigned territories.
  • Respond to all enquiry calls within the stipulated turnaround time.
  • Proactively generate leads through door-to-door outreach and cold calling activities.
  • Submit daily reports on calls and sales activities to the reporting manager.
  • Optimize capacity utilization by increasing sales from underused service elements within the area.
  • Plan and execute weekly below-the-line marketing activities such as kiosk sales, leafleting, and brochure distribution.
  • Participate in on-ground and group activities aimed at countering competition.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year experience in field sales across any industry sectors including Telecom, ISP, FMCG, Retail, Pharma, and BFSI.
  • Educational qualification: Intermediate or Graduate.
  • Multilingual proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is required.
  • Willingness to work six days a week (Monday to Saturday) from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays are working days.

Work Locations

Opportunities are available across multiple locations in Hyderabad and Bangalore.
