Role Overview

This rapidly expanding fintech company, supported by a prominent Indian financial institution, merges startup agility with enterprise-level reliability. It offers digital financial products such as business loans, merchant cash advances, and payment solutions, empowering SMEs and merchants across India through technologically advanced financial services.

We are seeking motivated Relationship Officers or Senior Relationship Officers focused on field operations to spearhead client acquisition and business loan disbursement within assigned regions. This position integrates sales, client management, and field activities to drive loan sales and disbursements while maintaining low delinquency via consistent field engagements and centre meetings.

Primary Responsibilities

• Proactively pursue business loan sales by identifying and connecting with potential customers through field visits, fostering relationships, and meeting sales objectives.
• Ensure meeting of loan disbursement goals with minimal loan defaults.
• Evaluate new markets and client segments to explore geographical expansion opportunities.
• Oversee disbursement processes, repayment schedules, and delinquency control, consistently achieving daily and weekly targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and organize centre meetings to assess loan applications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships internally and with customers, reinforcing brand visibility.
• Participate in scheduled daily and weekly meetings and centre visits.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Between 1 to 5 years of field sales experience, preferably dealing with lending products, open market sourcing, or small-ticket business loans.
• Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a personal two-wheeler are essential.
• Basic knowledge of business loan models is advantageous.

• Education level accepted: 10th grade, 12th grade, or graduate.
