Relationship Officer - Equipment Finance

Role Overview

We are hiring energetic, goal-focused professionals for the position of Relationship Officer in Equipment Finance. This role is centered on field-based sales, customer acquisition, and the promotion of equipment finance solutions while developing durable client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through on-ground sales efforts and customer acquisition.
• Market and close sales for equipment finance offerings.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
• Visit markets regularly to identify promising prospects and business opportunities.
• Work toward and deliver assigned sales goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure loans are processed and disbursed smoothly.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should have completed at least 10+2 (Higher Secondary).
• Graduation will be considered an added advantage.
• This opportunity is open only to male candidates.
• A personal two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
• Applicants must be willing to travel for field sales work.

Experience

• Freshers may apply.
• Applicants with prior experience in BFSI or sales will be preferred.
• Experienced candidates must submit all previous relieving letters.
