Role Overview
This position is for a Relationship Manager focused on life insurance sales through the PNB bank channel in Sivaganga. The role centers on serving branch walk-ins, identifying customer needs, and matching them with appropriate insurance plans.
Key Responsibilities
You will work directly with branch customers, build strong client relationships, guide them through product options, and support the full sales cycle from lead handling to policy issuance.
- Engage with walk-in customers at the branch and understand their financial goals and protection needs.
- Recommend suitable life insurance solutions based on customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain ongoing customer relationships to support repeat business and trust.
- Complete the required paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Drive timely conversion of leads into sales and follow through until policy closure.
Candidate Profile
The employer is looking for a graduate with at least 1 year of experience in life insurance sales, strong communication ability, and the right age fit for the role.
