Job description
Job Overview
We are looking for energetic individuals to join as Field Loan Officers for micro loan sales. The role involves engaging with potential customers in the field to promote micro loan products, conducting group meetings to explain product details, completing all necessary customer verification and documentation processes, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships. Candidates will also be responsible for collecting repayments when needed and consistently meeting monthly business targets.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should have completed at least 12th grade or be a graduate with 0 to 3 years of relevant experience. Background in Microfinance, Banking, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC), Field Sales, Telecom, FMCG, or Direct Sales is preferred. Local candidates possessing their own two-wheeler vehicle are highly desirable to facilitate field visits.
