About the Role

The position of Relationship Manager for Affordable Loan Against Property (LAP) at IDFC FIRST Bank focuses on delivering top-tier customer service, emphasizing client retention and fostering enduring relationships. Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and create sales opportunities both independently and within the team by actively seeking and following up on potential leads.
• Prioritize acquiring new customers while specifically targeting a lucrative portfolio of Loan Against Property products.
• Maintain a healthy and high-quality loan portfolio through continuous monitoring and effective risk oversight.
• Promote and utilize digital tools to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement experiences.
• Lead and mentor team members to help them meet their individual professional and business targets.

Required Qualifications and Experience
