Position Overview
This role involves providing legal counsel to all branches of the North American sector of the company, with a specialization in regulatory compliance and healthcare law.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer legal advice concerning healthcare legislation and ensure clients maintain compliance with such regulations.
- Continuously track and interpret changes in legislation and regulatory guidelines relevant to healthcare.
- Oversee and coordinate partnerships with external legal representatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Possession of a JD or LLB law degree along with valid licensure to practice law in New York.
- At least two years of pertinent professional experience in regulatory or healthcare law.
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare-related legal frameworks and regulatory standards.
