Role Overview

This position serves as the General Counsel for a healthcare organization, delivering expert legal, regulatory, and risk management support critical to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice to executive leadership concerning compliance and healthcare regulations.
• Direct litigation approaches and coordinate with external legal counsel to effectively manage legal proceedings.
• Ensure the organization's full compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Guide and mentor team members, promoting a culture of responsibility and continuous innovation within the legal department.

Qualifications

• At least five years of pertinent legal experience in healthcare or related sectors.
• Possession of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree is mandatory.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and legal procedures.
• Strong leadership traits complemented by superior communication and relationship-building skills.
