About the Role
WealthBridge Financial Group is looking for an accomplished, strategic leader to take on the role of Regional Vice President (RVP). This senior leadership position involves guiding Managing Directors across the region by steering growth initiatives, enhancing the development of financial advisors, and broadening the company's market footprint.
This individual will be instrumental in delivering WealthBridge’s regional growth plan and directly influencing the firm’s future direction. The RVP will work closely with executive leaders to ensure regional goals are aligned with the company's overall objectives, focusing heavily on talent acquisition, mentorship, and improving advisor effectiveness to build a robust and scalable business framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and directing Managing Directors throughout the designated region.
- Driving growth and expansion efforts to strengthen the firm’s regional presence.
- Developing and mentoring advisor leaders and recruiting top-performing talent.
- Executing long-term strategies that result in quantifiable outcomes.
- Collaborating with senior executives to integrate regional plans with the firm-wide vision.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Established leadership background within financial services, preferably handling multiple offices or regional oversight.
- Track record of success as a financial advisor or overseeing advisor teams.
- Strong skills in identifying, coaching, and leading high-performing professionals.
- Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans.
