WealthBridge Financial Group is in search of an energetic, strategic, and visionary leader to join as Regional Vice President (RVP). This key executive position entails guiding Managing Directors across the region, spearheading growth initiatives, enhancing the development of advisors, and broadening the company's market footprint.
The role requires a seasoned financial services professional with a solid leadership background, an enthusiasm for assembling and nurturing high-achieving teams, promoting a culture committed to excellence, and implementing long-term strategies that realize quantifiable outcomes. This role is essential to the execution of WealthBridge's regional expansion plans, influencing the direction and success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and provide strategic direction to Managing Directors within the region.
- Drive regional growth in alignment with overall firm objectives.
- Recruit and develop top-tier financial advisors and leaders.
- Foster a culture of excellence and high performance across teams.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to synchronize regional goals with company-wide priorities.
- Build a sustainable, scalable business model that supports long-term success.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience within financial services, ideally overseeing multiple offices or regions.
- Proven track record as a financial advisor and/or leadership of advisor teams.
- Strong skills in recruitment, coaching, and management of high-performing professionals.
- Strategic thinker capable of converting vision into actionable plans.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance, financial planning, and wealth management practices.
