Role Overview
This position calls for highly motivated professionals ready to influence the future of entertainment. As Senior Market Strategy and Partnerships Manager, you will be integral in building and nurturing deep-rooted business relationships with major producers, creators, venues, and other stakeholders in the entertainment industry. The role demands strong strategic analysis and problem-solving abilities across various domains including marketing, pricing, operations, and financing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust partnerships with top producers, creators, venues, and key players in the entertainment sector.
- Design and implement growth strategies to expand Fever's footprint in the regional market with innovative and effective initiatives.
- Manage commercial partnerships diligently, ensuring mutual value creation for Fever and its partners.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills to handle and expand a significant client portfolio efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Category Management, Partner Support, Operations, Technology, Product, and Finance to advance partner growth locally and internationally.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and popular cultures in the live entertainment space, positioning yourself as a leading expert in the market.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years in top-tier consulting or equivalent plus over 5 years of experience across sectors like corporate management, technology companies, or arts and entertainment.
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced sales environment with quota responsibilities.
- Strong capabilities in business development and managing partnerships.
- Proactive self-starter able to thrive in dynamic, startup-like conditions.
- Adopts a data-informed approach when prioritizing assignments and business decisions.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese with excellent verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Customer Relationship Management tools (preferably Salesforce).
- In-depth knowledge of local entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends in the city.
- Experience in the events and entertainment industry is advantageous but not required.
