Role Summary
The Regional Vice President of Operations is a part-time, remote leadership position focused on managing operational performance across assigned regions. The role requires close oversight of daily operations, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring that regional execution stays aligned with the company’s financial and strategic goals. The position also includes leading regional initiatives, coordinating projects, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve processes and service quality, and supporting local leaders. Regular reporting, forecasting, and contributions to strategic planning are important parts of the job.
Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in operations leadership, project coordination, financial performance management, and team guidance. They should be comfortable analyzing metrics, solving operational issues, improving customer experience, and working effectively in a distributed remote environment.
Additional Requirements

- Experience leading, coaching, and influencing teams that operate remotely or across multiple locations.
- Ability to evaluate data, read performance trends, and make timely, informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong organization and time management.
- Experience in operations or general management in financial services, consulting, or similar industries is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related subject is required; an advanced degree or relevant certification is an added advantage.
