About the Role

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide strategic direction to Managing Directors across the designated region.
• Drive growth and execute long-term plans aligned with the organization’s regional strategy.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to synchronize regional goals with overall company objectives.
• Focus on talent acquisition, mentoring leadership, and enhancing advisor performance to develop sustainable business growth.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a senior leader within the financial services sector, particularly in regional or multi-office leadership roles.
• Successful track record as a financial advisor or in managing advisor teams.
• Proven capability in recruiting, coaching, and leading high-achieving professionals.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the capacity to transform vision into actionable plans.
• Deep knowledge of compliance, financial planning, and wealth management regulations and best practices.
