As the Regional Service Delivery Lead in South Central India, you will oversee service operations, ensuring seamless delivery and growth of services in building systems including IBMS, Fire Alarm, BMS, Access Control, and CCTV systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead service operations for the South Central region to maximize customer satisfaction through well-managed service contracts and projects.
• Drive sustainable year-over-year growth of the service bank to create lasting business impact.
• Secure spare parts and small project inquiries from existing clients to foster business expansion.
• Manage the Profit & Loss aspects of the regional service segment, ensuring targeted profitability and cash flow maintenance.
• Collaborate with the sales team by generating leads, optimizing costs, and strengthening client relations.
• Recruit and retain high-potential talent, planning resource deployment to maximize productivity.
• Enhance technical expertise within the service delivery team via well-structured training programs and on-the-job learning.
• Conduct internal and external audits to maintain full compliance without deviations in business processes.
• Enforce strict adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, maintaining zero tolerance for safety violations.
• Champion digital transformation efforts to modernize traditional service business operations.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

The position is based in Hyderabad or Bengaluru. Suitable candidates should possess an engineering degree or diploma, prepared to lead and innovate within a dynamic team affecting cities and nations.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in any specialization, or Diploma in Engineering.
