Role Summary

This newly established senior leadership role entails directing operations across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Reporting directly to the Global Operations leader, you will craft and implement the regional operations strategy, prioritize key goals, and spearhead continuous improvements across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operational governance, ensuring compliance and standardized procedures.
• Manage business continuity planning to mitigate risks and maintain operations.
• Lead workplace strategies to improve environments for employees and visitors alike.
• Supervise vendor management activities including contracts and service delivery.
• Administer facilities oversight across the regional office network.
• Drive large-scale operational initiatives such as office relocations, refurbishments, and workplace modernization programs.
• Collaborate closely with country leadership, senior stakeholders, and regional operations managers to ensure efficiency and consistent service quality.
• Guide regional transformation projects to streamline operational processes and optimize space utilization.
• Influence senior leadership and manage change within a complex, matrixed organizational structure.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of leadership experience in regional operations, workplace, facilities, or corporate services within professional services or large global matrixed organizations. You will have a strong history managing multi-country operations and significant operational budgets, combined with leading complex transformations and operational excellence at scale.

Expertise in vendor strategy, contract negotiations, office relocations, workplace redesign, and service delivery across diverse geographies is essential. Exceptional stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to influence senior executives and lead geographically dispersed teams are required.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate should possess high emotional intelligence, robust commercial insight, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Comfort with ambiguity, skill in building frameworks and processes from scratch, and a passion for delivering outstanding employee and client experiences are important attributes.
