This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding fintech business as a Social Media Manager in Singapore. What you will handle

• Manage organic social activity end to end across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, and Reddit, including daily publishing and active community engagement.
• Plan, create, shoot, and edit your own short-form video content without relying on a designer or separate creative support.
• Prioritize authentic, trend-aware content that feels immediate and native to each platform rather than overly polished or heavily branded material.
• Develop and operate creator, affiliate, and influencer initiatives, including user-generated content programs.
• Take ownership of both the social strategy and its day-to-day execution, from setting direction to delivering the work.

What the employer is seeking

The ideal candidate brings at least 4 years of experience in social media, content, or community-focused roles. This person should be a confident hands-on creator whose editing and visual output show practical skill. Strong working knowledge of the listed platforms is important, along with a clear understanding of what performs well on each. Experience with, or strong interest in, creator, affiliate, influencer, and UGC programs is valuable, and having your own audience is considered an advantage.
