About the Opportunity
Founded in 2011 in the Netherlands, thexton armstrong operates internationally and is seeking an experienced business leader—such as an entrepreneur, former CEO, Managing Director, or senior advisor—to establish and expand its presence in Germany. This role entails leading and scaling the German regional operation, developing a personal client portfolio, and creating a network of Partners within the region.
This exclusive regional partnership role is crafted for individuals who want to own and grow a business rather than simply accept employment. It offers autonomy and the chance to create a scalable regional SME advisory organization with long-term enterprise value through recurring revenue streams and significant growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the thexton armstrong regional business in Germany, focusing on West Germany (including North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland)
- Build and manage a portfolio of SME mentoring and advisory clients
- Drive regional marketing efforts and increase brand awareness
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and support a network of Partners and Associates throughout the territory
- Develop recurring revenue streams and grow a scalable regional organization

- Experience as business owner, entrepreneur, CEO, Managing Director, senior executive, or senior advisor
- Background in commercial or business development leadership, strategic planning, business transformation, consulting, mentoring, or professional services including finance or M&A
- Strong commercial judgment and credibility with business owners
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities
- Entrepreneurial drive with the capability to build and lead a regional partner network
- Excellent relationship-building skills with genuine dedication to SME success
