Regional Director of Operations

Overview

Aramark SeniorLIFE+ seeks an accomplished Regional Director of Operations to manage multi-site operations across a cluster of senior living communities within the Houston and San Antonio region. This leadership role involves oversight of 8 to 10 Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs), focusing on culinary and environmental services. The position aims to ensure high operational standards, outstanding hospitality, and strong client relationships under thorough financial discipline. The Regional Director reports to the Market Vice President of Operations and leads 15 to 20 managers and operational leaders in the district. Extensive travel of 60 to 70% within the region is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational activities for 8-10 senior living sites, supporting both culinary and environmental services departments.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of roughly 15-20 managers and operational personnel.
• Mentor and develop leadership teams at each community to foster exceptional service delivery.
• Maintain and strengthen client partnerships to ensure alignment on operational goals.
• Oversee financial outcomes for the district, taking full accountability for P&L performance.
• Implement operational improvements to increase productivity and ensure consistency across all locations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, sanitation guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 10+ years' leadership experience managing multi-site operations in hospitality, food service, healthcare, or senior living sectors.
• Proven capability to manage district or multi-property operations.
• Strong financial expertise, including P&L responsibility.
• Experience in leading sizable teams and developing managerial staff.
• Background in overseeing culinary, hospitality, or environmental services operations.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related discipline preferred.

Additional Information

This role requires extensive travel (60-70%) across the Houston and San Antonio communities. The position reports directly to the Market Vice President of Operations.
