Job Overview
Join Aramark as a Regional Director of Operations based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, overseeing medium-sized accounts with revenues between $12 million and $40 million or more. This pivotal leadership position is responsible for directing operations, steering growth, controlling costs, enhancing productivity, and fulfilling financial objectives across assigned units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational management and financial performance across multiple accounts, ensuring exemplary safety, quality, and service standards for employees, clients, and customers.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to employees by aligning team goals with overall business targets, recognizing achievements, and fostering talent development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote mutually beneficial partnerships, effectively communicate progress, and support both new business opportunities and retention efforts.
- Manage budgets with an emphasis on revenue generation and cost control, oversee P&L statements, and utilize data analytics to improve financial results and margins.
- Drive productivity initiatives through labor and cost management, ensuring operational excellence by applying standardized procedures and overseeing supply chain compliance.
- Uphold compliance with safety, health, wage, and labor regulations to maintain secure environments for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Extensive leadership experience spanning 5 to 10 years, ideally including P&L accountability in sectors such as hospitality, retail, facilities management, direct store delivery, or food and beverage.
- Strong leadership capabilities coupled with comprehensive management expertise, business acumen, and client relationship skills.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain dedicated talent.
- Competence in interpreting and executing contractual obligations, including identifying improvement opportunities within contracts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational tiers.
- Track record of success in repeatable business models and managing change or turnaround processes.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees in business or related disciplines are advantageous.
