Job description

About the Company

Our client is a renowned global professional services firm with a significant international presence. Celebrated for fostering a culture that emphasizes collaboration and people-centric values, the company is currently engaged in transforming its corporate operations to enhance efficiency and scalability across its regional offices.

About the Role

This newly established regional leadership position is responsible for managing Operations across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. Reporting to a Global Operations leader, the successful candidate will develop and implement regional operational strategies, set key priorities, and promote ongoing improvement programs across a geographically diverse set of countries.

The role includes governance of regional operations, ensuring business continuity, overseeing workplace strategies, vendor relations, facility management, and executing large-scale operational projects. You will partner closely with country leadership, senior business stakeholders, and regional operations managers to guarantee consistent, efficient service delivery that enhances workplace, employee, and visitor experiences.

A major focus of this role involves leading regional transformation initiatives by optimizing operations, improving space utilization, strengthening vendor management, and orchestrating strategic programs such as office relocations, refurbishments, and workplace modernization. This leadership role demands strong influence skills to navigate and drive change within a complex matrix organizational structure.

Candidate Profile

We seek a veteran operations leader with at least 10 years' experience managing regional operations, workplace, facilities, or corporate services within professional services or large global matrix organizations. A strong record in managing multi-country operations, substantial operational budgets, complex transformations, and operational excellence efforts is essential.

Experience requirements include workplace and facilities management, vendor strategy, contract negotiation, office relocation, workplace redesign, and service delivery management across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will excel at stakeholder management, build credibility with senior leadership, and effectively lead dispersed teams.

Attributes such as high emotional intelligence, sharp commercial insight, and an entrepreneurial mentality are important. The role requires comfort navigating ambiguity, developing frameworks and processes from scratch, and a passion for delivering superior employee and client experiences.

Why Join

This role offers a unique chance to establish and grow a regional operations function within a highly respected global organization. It provides excellent visibility and direct interaction with top business leaders, allowing you to impact strategic decisions across several countries.

The company is committed to collaboration, inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement. Alongside leading operations, you will steer prominent transformation projects, collaborate with international teams, and help define the future workplace environment across the region.

For leaders who thrive on capability building, change management, and operating at strategic and operational levels, this position offers an excellent platform to advance your leadership journey within a globally connected and high-performance setting.
