About the Role

This position involves driving operational improvements within a large healthcare organization by supporting initiatives focused on enhancing physician and Advanced Practice Provider leadership, engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness. Serving as a vital collaborator to executive sponsors and cross-functional teams, you will help translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operational projects and coordinate system-wide programs focused on organizational priorities and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee complex initiatives ensuring successful execution, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and requirements.
  • Manage ongoing leadership development programs and activities that support organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with executive sponsors and stakeholders to align projects with strategic goals and business priorities.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans including milestones, resources, and budget considerations.
  • Facilitate clear communication across initiatives and programs to support organizational alignment.
  • Support process improvement efforts such as quality enhancement and cost optimization.
  • Provide transparent reporting and updates on project progress, challenges, and results.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or process improvement roles.
  • Experience within healthcare settings is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong skills in project planning, execution, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Experience supporting quality improvement and operational efficiency initiatives is favored.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred or ability to obtain within one year.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
