Overview
Our client, a prominent organization in its sector, is looking to hire a Regional Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this role plays a vital part in supporting the regional compensation and benefits functions and collaborates closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement regional rewards strategies that align with company priorities and enhance the employee value proposition.
- Lead the ongoing development, assessment, and enhancement of compensation, benefits, and incentive frameworks based on market trends and data-driven insights.
- Manage critical annual reward programs including salary reviews, bonus planning, benchmarking exercises, and the governance of reward initiatives across the region.
- Advocate for and support organizational design and workforce planning to drive organizational effectiveness and optimize talent structures to support future growth.
- Develop and maintain reward policies, governance structures, and employee benefits schemes to balance business goals, regulatory compliance, and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of professional HR experience with a robust emphasis on compensation and benefits.
- Experience operating in regional or global HR settings is desirable.
- Strong skills in analysis, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Capability to work autonomously in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrates high integrity, accountability, collaborative spirit, and a results-focused approach.
