Job description
Role overview
Tesla is looking for a seasoned, strategic Regional Campaign Lead to support its North America Sales and Delivery Organization and partner with the Field Sales team. This position plays a major role in shaping and improving regional outbound initiatives that build brand visibility and expand market reach.
The role focuses on scaling top-of-funnel efforts such as events, self-serve programs, and media opportunities. It requires someone who can connect teams, manage complex workstreams, and turn performance data and KPIs into practical improvements that help the region grow.
What you will do
- Own the full planning, coordination, and delivery of regional events, media opportunities, and self-serve expansion efforts, making sure they stay aligned with leadership priorities, business goals, and stakeholder needs.
- Use sound independent judgment to handle operational and logistical issues that arise during planning or execution, always choosing solutions that protect Tesla’s interests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, local media, and cross-functional teams to strengthen event execution, resource support, community outreach, and regional growth.
- Negotiate with outside stakeholders and bring promising opportunities to leadership that help accelerate Tesla’s mission and business outcomes.
- Track event and campaign KPIs, review results after each initiative, and apply data-driven learnings to improve processes and scale effective regional strategies.
- Act as a regional leader for top-of-funnel programs by contributing strategic ideas and insights that help shape growth performance in the region.
- Manage regional budgets and allocate resources efficiently to support market expansion objectives.
What you need
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or a comparable background, along with at least 4 years of experience in demand generation or strategic program management.
- Proven strength in planning, launching, and improving demand generation programs, including experience advising senior leaders.
- Hands-on experience negotiating vendor agreements and contracts with limited supervision, plus solid budget management skills for scalable top-of-funnel programs.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while staying organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused in a fast-moving, uncertain environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capability to assess opportunities using data, trends, and tools that measure program effectiveness.
- A valid driver’s license, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
